By using MyGeo app you give your consent to, understand and agree with all the terms and conditions detailed in these terms of service. You agree with the permissions you give us and the way we use data that MyGeo app collects. You agree with the way we utilise the data that we collect. We may from time to time contact you via the email address you have provided. We comply with GDPR and respect your rights detailed within these regulations.

MyGeo app is free to download and free to use, there may from time to time be in-app purchases available. We use our best endeavours to ensure the continuous operation of your MyGeo App. We accept no liability, have no contractual obligations or liability to whomsoever with regards to the operation of MyGeo app or any linked applications or services. We accept no responsibility or liability in any case as may arise for the loss or breach of any Data, GeoReward(s)promotional/offer content or any other type of content whatsoever.

We make best endeavours to ensure that the content and rewards that your MyGeo app discovers abide by the regulations set out by the advertising standards agency.  We accept no liability, and MyGeo app users no recourse where the trading standards regulations fail to be met by a business using the MyGeo platform. When discovered or notified of any content which fails to comply with any legislation or legal requirements, we will make our best endeavours to stop delivery of content and delete (where possible) from MyGeo app. Where content is offensive, we will make best endeavours to terminate the delivery of this material once discovered or notified of such content, using best endeavours to delete such content from MyGeo app.

Any business and/or its representatives by adding content/promotion to MyGeo app in any capacity, are wholly responsible for ensuring the correct description/details of such content/promotion. The said business is liable and responsible for all content/promotional details, terms and conditions, terms of use and availability of any such content/promotion. The said business must ensure that any content/promotion does not mislead the user and meets the expectations set by the language used within any content/promotion prior, during and upon delivery of such content/promotion to users of MyGeo app.

Businesses utilising MyGeo app are responsible for ensuring the availability of items/products or the redeemability of items/products relating to their promotion. Geo accepts no responsibility or liability for any failures, misrepresentations or lack of availability of items/products or any part whatsoever forming part of or linked to any specific business promotions.

Businesses utilising MyGeo app should have the legal right to use the brand name on their profile. We are not held accountable for businesses using information or brand names to which they do not own the copyright.

As you go about your day your MyGeo app is looking for exclusive GeoRewards in all the places you find yourself. Geo does not waste your time with stuff you are not interested in making sure the content is what you want to see. Let your MyGeo app know what you like and let MyGeo app do the rest. MyGeo lets you know immediately when there’s a GeoReward waiting for you. Some rewards are so exclusive they are only around for a short time. Your MyGeo app is linked to your friends MyGeo apps to share content about what GeoRewards your friends are finding and using, giving you the chance to grab GeoRewards from your fiend’s.  You receive invites when you join MyGeo you use these to invite friends to join you GeoReward finding circle, the more connections you have the more chances you all have of finding great GeoRewards. Following Brands on MyGeo ensures that you get exclusive content and Rewards from the business you love.

The permissions you give us

By using the MyGeo app you give us permission to user your location services to ensure that you don’t miss out on GeoRewards wherever you are.  You give us permission to access you phone book so that we can notify you when one of your contacts joins MyGeo.  We also access your phone contacts so you can choose who to invite to the MyGeo App.  The larger your group of friends on MyGeo the great your chance of Grabbing great GeoRewards.  You give permission for data related to GeoRewards & All content on the MyGeo app to be shared with your MyGeo friends. You give us permission to use the data collected through your interaction with GeoRewards for analytical purposes.  MyGeo app representatives reserves the right to cancel and delete your account/profile at any time without notice or reason.  

Updating our Terms

From time to time we will update our terms of service, you will be informed when a change has been made.  Your continued use MyGeo App following an update will be deemed as your acceptance of these modified/updated terms of service. If you do not agree with the modified/updated terms of service then you should cease/stop using MyGeo App.

Your rights

MyGeo app respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your Personal Data. We want to be transparent with you about how we collect and use your Personal Data in making available our platform, mobile application and/or website(s) (“Platform”) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

With that in mind, this Privacy Policy describes how MyGeo app collects and processes your Personal Data, which may be either through your use of the Geo Platform, including any data you may provide through this Platform; or through your interaction with Geo through our website, social media and marketing activities. The Privacy Policy is intended to meet our duties of Transparency under the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”.

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as amended from time to time (“DPA”), we may be a data controller or processor of the data we hold that may be used to identify you (“personal data”) depending on the purpose of processing.

Your rights relating to your Personal Data

By law you have the right to:

- The above points a, b and c rights you have would require the suspension of service on our various platforms and the deletion of your personal data.o Request the transfer of your Personal Data. We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you.

- Withdraw consent. This right only exists where we are relying on consent to process your Personal Data (“Consent Withdrawal”). If you withdraw your consent, we will not be able to provide you with access to the Platform.

How to exercise your rights

Typically, you will not have to pay a fee to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, except in relation to Consent Withdrawal, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive, or, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity to exercise any of your rights, including those related to data protection. This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

No Special Categories of Personal Data

We do not collect any “Special Categories of Personal Data” about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data).How we use the data your MyGeo collectsThe data your Geo has collect is used by our partners to develop the rewards they offer, position the rewards in places you are sure to find them and track your response to the rewards. Our partners also use the Data for analytical purposes, this may or may not influence the rewards they offer. The data your MyGeo app collects will not be sold in a manner that identifies you. Where data is aggregated for the production or reports and of analysis, such data is anonymised to ensure your right to privacy.  Our partners while being able to use data relating to interactions with their promotions are prohibited from use of MyGeo data beyond that of MyGeo app services.  Location services are and essential data source which enable MyGeo to match your location with GeoRewards/Promotions and future services MyGeo app may provide.  All data relating to location services MyGeo collects is anonymized to protect privacy. This data may be used in the production of reports and for analytical purposes.  We do not collect data across platforms, application, or browser which you have installed on your device.  We do not knowingly share MyGeo data with any other application, platform or browser installed on your device.  MyGeo uses your contact details to enable you to connect and share GeoRewards with each other.  Contact details are not shared and are not visible on the MyGeo app/Platform.

Who we share your personal data with

Geo uses your personal data internally for analytical purposes, to improve the operation of the MyGeo app and to maintain the security of the platform. We may aggregate your data with that of other users for analytical purposes. This information may be shared with our partners. We will never share information that identifies you as an individual unless expressly required to do so by the law within the jurisdiction you live.

If we share your data outside the EEA (European Economic Area)

Aggregated anonymised forms of data which do not identify you as an individual from time to time may be used outside the EEA for Geo business support and development purposes.Our policy on childrenThis Platform is not intended for individuals below 16 and we do not knowingly collect data relating to people of this age or younger.

This Platform may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share your Personal Data.
